GFIC’s expert-driven team collaborates with academic institutions, scientists, corporations, startups and investors to accelerate plant-based, fermentation-enabled, and cultivated protein innovation. GFIC is an independent strategic partner of the Good Food Institute Asia Pacific (GFI APAC), which is based in Singapore.
