Manal Shehabi

Manal Shehabi is visiting academic at St Antony’s College of the University of Oxford, and founding director of London-based SHEER Research & Advisory. Her work focuses on economic diversification, energy transition, sustainability and policy in resource economies, with a focus on the Middle East. She was a contributing author to the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) Special Report on the ocean and cryosphere and an expert to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change.
