Yvonne Chiu

Yvonne Chiu is a national fellow at the Hoover Institution of Stanford University and a professor at the US Naval War College. Her book, Conspiring with the Enemy: The Ethic of Cooperation in Warfare, won the North American Society for Social Philosophy (NASSP) Book Award 2019 and the International Studies Association (ISA) International Ethics Section Book Award 2021.
